No idea if this should be anywhere else, as I couldn't see a suitable section for it! Hope it's not in the wrong place.
Last year, I paid for PowerDVD 12 so I could watch Blu-Ray discs on my laptop. Made the mistake of not properly checking if Blu-Ray was supported, and of course it isn't. So I paid for the update as well.
Everything went fine, and I spent a year watching Blu-Ray discs. However, recently I've had to format my laptop and reinstall Windows, so obviously any software has been lost. I've tried re-downloading PowerDVD 12, but in my Online Store I can only see the original PowerDVD 12 Standard version, with the activation key. There is no option to download the Ultra update, despite the fact I definitely paid for it! (It shows on my bank statement and Paypal account as two individual payments to Cyberlink, one for the Standard and one for the update to allow Blu-Ray playback.)
Is this because I paid for it via Update, or has something gone wrong? What do I need to do to get the Ultra update again without having to pay for it twice?
Many thanks to anybody taking the time to read this and reply!
