Hey guys I figured out the problem. Unfortunately, PowerDirector only likes to be installed in the default C:\Program Files directory.

Those of us that install windows on SSD don't have the luxury (space) to install every program on the SSD, especially a program this large.

I install only the essential programs on the C drive then use a second 2TB drive for program files. I use another MSATA SSD to cache the 2TB drive for added performance.

PowerDirector now lives on my C drive, but I'm afraid it will be unhappy with the 54GB remaining on the SSD.

Without reinstalling the OS and everything else, I don't see how I can make this any better.

Thanks for your help Phil. I now have QuickTime 7.7.3 and have disabled the intel integrated video card. Unfortunately, I'm still getting the same error.

Crash on startup before I even get to use the software for the first time.

Re-downloaded latest copy/patches of PowerDirector11

I read through the requirements and noticed that my workstation video card Quadro 2000D is not on the supported list. I'm really hoping it's not the video card so I can use this product.

Thanks for any help you can offer! I've tried to search/read everything possible before posting.
