I have purchased a Lite-On Black BD-ROM. It came with PowerDVD 10. I couldn't get the program to play a BD, so I upgraded to PowerDVD 12, hoping that there were just some subtle issues which would be solved. They weren't. Right now, when I put a BD into the drive, PowerDVD 12 opens and says "Cyberlink PowerDVD is not able to play the protected content on your digital output device. Ensure your display device supports HDCP - (Code=0107)".

I downloaded the Cyberlink BD Advisor and everything passes except "Video Connection Type: Digital (without HDCP)". I have a DVI connection from an NVIDIA GeForce 9500GT (driver 9.18.13.1090) to an HP monitor with a DVI input. The card is also connected to a Polaroid monitor via VGA. I tried disconnecting the VGA connection and still get the same error in PowerDVD and the Advisor.

CPU: Intel Core i7 920
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT
System Memory: 4096 MB
OS: Vista 64 SP2
BD drive: ATAPI iHOS104
Video Connection Type: Digital (without HDCP)

Any help would be apprecitated. Thanks
