I'm having the same problem with you guys. I never get Video/Audio and after 5 seconds it hangs and vista complains it stops responding.

Vista x64 Ultimate
Core 2 Duo 6600
2gb Ram
Xfx 7950 HDCP running latest nvidia drivers with purehd
