I am a long time PowerDVD 10 user. I just upgraded to PowerDVD 12. My remote works OK to navigate a movie while in cinema mode within Media Center Windows 7. However when I exit/return to standard Media Center screens, the play, stop, ff, rw buttons no longer work (Green menu button still works). Also, if I use a mouse, the normal w7 behavior is broken (i.e I don't see a mouse pointer even though the minimize buttons appear at the top). I tried installing on 2 different systems: one 32 bit, one 64. Both use a standard MCE remote of the IR01 part number variety. Both exhibit the same behavior. If I close MCE and restart, everything is back to normal.
