I have Prestigio Tablet PMT 7177, 10,1'' , CPU Quad Core ARM Cortex A7 MTK8389, 1,2 GHz, GPU PowerVR SGX 544, GPU Speed 286 MHz, 1GB DDR 3, IPS LCD Display, Android 4.2.2 ... but Google Play write : this app is incompatible with your device 
Why I say that ???
My tablet corresponds requierements.
