I'm using PowerDvd 9 and it's the same issue with the same movie and yes all my drivers and the player are up to date and my pc is at least twice as powerful as the minimum specs required to run it. I know they might not care about us as individual customers because they already have our money and if we don't buy anymore of their products then they'll still stay afloat off their other products. However, many, like myself, work at electronics stores that sell several dozens of their products and it is employees like myself that can use their personal life experiences to sway them away from these products.

I already paid money for my LG BluRay Drive and I shouldn't have to pay for a up-to-date program that lets me play the most recent BluRay Movies when I could've spent the same or less and got a dedicated BluRay Player I could've used indefinitely. What I want to know is if there is a free legitimate program I can use to play my most recent BluRays? I don't care about any extra features, I just want to use it to perform the purpose I got it for.
I know they don't care about us as individual customers since we already bought their product. But I work at the Best Buy where we sell their blu ray drives and other products and i'll use my real life experience to steer them away from their products.
