Video hang but sound still play when I enable auto software TrueTheater enhancement for Cyberlink PowerDVD 13. I had to select hardware acceleration, exit the Power DVD program then click the same video again then it will playback. While watching the same video I can select auto software TrueTheater enhancement and the video still playback as usual and it is much sharper and better but when I try to click another different video clip to playback, the program hangs again and I had to repeat the step of select hardware acceleration > Exit program > Click the video > select auto software TrueTheater enhancement again !

Ok so am I right to say that Cyberlink PowerDVD 11 no longer support rm (realplayer) format because even if I download the realplayer from the official realplayer website also no use. PowerDVD 11 cannot playback rm format.
But how come your PowerDVD 10 can play back rm format ?

I am not asking about the firefox browser. I can see the video in your link using Cyberlink power DVD 11 but this is not the question I am asking about.

Just to add on. I download the realplayer (with all the bloated advertisement and spam) from the original realplayer website also cannot work.

My old power DVD 10 can playback all RM (realplayer) format video using the real alternative codec but your Power DVD 11 cannot even playback RM video format. Why is it so ? Any recommended link or codec I can use to playback RM video ?
