Hi, I not sure of the model but its the standard MCE remote. Ive got a x32 and a x64 install and all the buttons work on x32 and only some on the x64

Hi,
I posted a problem with Powerdvd and MCE remote not working on certain buttone, like stop.
Cyberlink said there was no issue, but ive worked out its on x64 versions of windows 7. 32bit works fine.
So there is a issue....

Hi,
Is there going to be a fix so Subtitles are not on by default? There should be a setting to disable subtitles, im sick of turning them off on every video.

have you been able to reproduce this problem...
I.E. Not all remote buttons work when the MCE interface is minimized in the background???

Hi,
I use MYMovies that launches PowerDVD and minimizes MCE in the background..
I mainly use it for viewing MKV's

Hi its not my remote or setup because it happens on two different machines.
Ive narrowed it down to.... when MCE is open in the background the STOP button doesnt work in PowerDVD. This doesnt happen with any other media apps like Total Media Centre..

also the previous doesnt work to return back to MCE, I have to press the start button.
But all buttons work if im playing a bluray, its only with avi and mkvs the buttons dont work.

Sorry i mucked up the file names...
I Installed PowerDVD10Ultra_1830_DVD100531-02.exe
THEN Upgraded with CyberLink_PowerDVD11_UPGtoUltra_v1719_r67262_std_to_ultra_DVD110422-14
Ive just reinstalled everything and by the looks of it only the stop button doesnt work...
Also where is this about box???
And is there anyway of turning off the subtitles by default?

Hi,
I first had PowerDVD10Ultra_1830_DVD100531-02.exe installed (Purchased online)
Then the upgrade I purchased CyberLink.2916(Patch)(Ultra)_DVD110429-07.exe
Then the final patch CyberLink_PowerDVD11_Ultra_Patch_v1719_DVD110510-11.exe
I dont have A SR as I purchased everything online

p.s. my remote works on everything else... Boxee, TMT5, hulu, mce etc...

I've also done an upgrade from PowerDVD10 > 11 then the latest patch... would that make any difference?

Hi,
It says on that page 1719 fixes the MCE remote issues, I have that version installed and only the pause works.
Any idea when this is going to be fixed?
