same problem here with ATI6950+amp Pioneer LX83+ projector JVC X3.
2D works fine. No 3D at all, in any resolutions and frequencies.
I have Catalyst 11.6 and all cables are 1.4 high speed.
If JVC X3 is directly connected to the HTPC, it works!
