That is very strange. I guess the only thing you can do is download them on the one machine then transfer them to your documents file on the other -if you have your PCs on a network.
What Windows OS do you have? I'm running Windows 7 and I get everyone I download. Are you still on the trial version or have you paid for it? although I don't think that makes a difference.
Open your text in your project library. Using your Windows explorer go to your downloads and double click and that will install it into your text room.
Also, right click start, open Windows Explorer, go to when the download is, right click and open properties. On the General tab at the bottom it will say the this file has been downloaded from another computer and has been blocked to protect yours. click to unblock click apply and OK. Hope this helps. That's what I had to do.
