I am still having trouble getting my Cyberlink ultra 10 to work after re-installing it. First I had to show the proof of purchase nonsense, then I had to download a CL cleaner, which was lame. Now the activation key I was given doesn't work anymore. I sent Cyberlink CS another email regarding this, its been over a week, and still nothing. I can't believe this business is still around considering how terrible they are. What gives?
