Monday I went back to the original email receipt they had sent me and clicked the download links (they had not worked before).
This time they both worked and I was able to download everything! This was after I had emailed customer service 3 times (getting an answer each time, but no success with the standard instructions they kept sending except to say that they had reset my download files).
My installs went well and the program works beautifully.
Only one gripe still remains: When I log in and go to "check my order", I still see "no orders found", so I don't know if I'll ever be able to see my original order on their site.

I am having the same problem as Dickflyfisherman: bought same product, paid with PayPal, have an order confirmation by e-mail with activation codes, unable to download with links sent, nothing in "order status". I've sent 3 e-mails to customer service with no replies.
