I made a new movie using parts of previous movies I had made with Power director plus some photos. I have the PDS file and it plays back fine in the previe screen but it will not produce, it does not start rendering. I have tried to produce it in several formats but it will not start rendering. I have PD 9

I have the same problem with PD9. When I mute some clips then save the project, when I reload the project all the mutes have gone and I have to start from the beginning again. Very Frustrating. I have only just bought PD, is there something simple I am missing?
