Dafydd, thanks for the assistance. I had to go through a few extra hoops (explained below) but it worked!

I followed the steps on the page you provided. However, after trying to run the Content Pack install, I would receive an error regarding "Installshield Engine (Ikernel32.Exe)". I deleted the temporary "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Install Shield" folder and re-ran the Content Pack install and it worked.

Roland, I updated Quicktime. Uninstalled my previous versions of Cyberlink and reinstalled both files. Still stuck at 95%... thanks for the tip though.

Dafydd, what cleaning software should I run? What files should I look for?

I purchased the upgrade to 9.0 today. I downloaded both files. I uninstalled version 7. I installed the first file no problem. When I run the second file it hangs at 95%. The install says: "Installing SmartSound". The install does not crash but never completes even after 2+ hours. No errors show. Thanks for any tips. I submitted a ticket to support today but still waiting.

I purchased 9.0 Ultra 64. I am running a new HP with Windows 7 (64-bit).
