PowerDirector (previous versions) » unable to produce video » Go to message
I have been using Powerdirector 9 for the past 3 weeks. the editing works fine, but I am unable to produce any videos. Every time I produce the program freezes at different parts of my video.
I tried different source materials, I tried with hardware acceleration and without. I tried different export presets.
Nothing works. Tech support is not responding other than "Make sure your drivers are up to date".
My source video is AVCHD recorded with a Panasonic camcorder. I have used Adobe Premier Elements until now and did not have these kind of issues.
I am at the point now to request a refund.
