Cyberlink Technical Support is non-existent and their responses/solutions are as useful as kidney failure. Having been dealing with a relentless lack of technical support I decided to go out and buy a BD Home Theatre system (in a box).

I haven't been this angry since they changed the name of OPAL FRUITS.
