PowerDVD 10 worked well. Upgraded to PowerDVD 11 and now am unable to use product at all. A black rectangle obscures 80% the PowerDVD window. Have updated Win7-64 drivers to current for Radeon 5870 and installed latest K-lite Mega codec pack with no improvement. Have no patience to use the technical staff who neither actually reads the problem description nor understands basic English. Has anyone had this problem and found a work-around?
