Further information:
- I have uninstalled the program, downloaded a new install package and installed that. I then tried activating the software and got the same result.
- I tried activating the software while windows firewall was turned off and got the same result.
My config:
Install package: CyberLink_PowerDVD10Ultra_2325_DVD101124-02.exe
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium, 64bit
Processor: Intel core i5 760
Again, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to activate PowerDVD 10 with a key I just purchased, however I get an error:

Your activation key is incorrect.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
