Same problem here, had good luck getting a quick reply that my case was escalated, but after 3 weeks I've heard nothing and still don't have a working product.

12/30/11 was my first ticket. I now have 2 open and have provided info that they asked.

What do I have to do to actually get support for PDVD 11? I don't really want to call my credit card company, I would just like to have the product I payed for install and work.

Thanks for the quick reply. I guess I am a Gold Member, but just have CyberLink LabelPrint software as a free download. The Power2Go would have been nice. Thanks again.
