hello Mike,
SR Number is CDS090928-07. I was told it is dolby digital but OEM comes with the codecs disabled deliberately by cyberlink I have to upgrade to use it.so frustrating

I am having the same problem,why cant powerdvd 8 output sound or have you disabled it deliberately on OEM bundled software

hELLO EVERYONE and cyberlink in particular, did you find a solution to this sound problem.I bought a LG external dvd driver with powerdvd 8 as OEM bundled with it.It does not produce sound.hp dv 6 laptop
