Youtube partners have not had to comply with the 10 minute limit for some time.
I think that PD should leave the limit issue up to YouTube and not try to police the issue themselves. Or at least tell us where in the configuration files the 10 minute value can be modified.
PD should stay out of the way in trying to enforce YT parameters that they are not going to keep up with!
I say, remove all attempts for PD to enforce YT time limits. If it exceeds the limit, YT will reject it anyway.
