I installed the entry level version of PowerDVD 10 and found it didn't support blu-ray. So I unstalled it and got a $56 refund. I purchased the Ultra version and when I've tried to install it, I get a message saying it will try to upgrade a previous version and I end up getting a Windows 1625 error.

Basically the first PowerDVD uninstall didn't clean itself up properly which is preventing the 2nd installation from working. None of the tech support advice I've received over the last two months has fixed the problem, and I can't get a refund becuase they didn't fix the problem in the first 30 days...
I've been trying to get PowerDVD 10 installed on my Windows 7 machine for over 30 days with no advice from support that has worked. Now Gaurav tells me I can't get a refund.

Whay kind of a company charges you $106 and then says sorry if it doesn't work in the 1st 30 days?
