When I produce my video can I choose a size limit in Mb for the exported file ?

Is is possible to choose a limit (fo example like 500 Mb) as the target exportation rate when we "produce" a video ? If so, where ?

No. Your question was answered previously. You may want to do an online search for and use an online video bitrate calculator or download one to use locally on your pc. You should then be able to get close to what you need by creating custom profiles. As an alternative you can ask Cyberlink support if you want to be exact and see what they say.
