mp4 B roll not accepted?

I have another new problem that just now pops up. I have several B roll mp4's that I am dropping into my video podcast. But whenever i start up that project in PD365 as it loads everything it stops at every one of those mp4 video clips and says they are broken or whatever and to retry. But if I hit ok anyway and keep going with that on each time it does it, it stops and the videos are fine and play fine.

It is time consuming and annoying - can you help me fix this?

Your B-roll camera is almost certainly making clips in a format that PD doesn't fully support.

Use the Attachments button below the forum's text box to upload a short clip here; drag one to MediaInfo Online and share the text details (as shown in this thread), or simply convert the clips to a standard format using a free app like Handbrake.
