How to blur

I need to blur out faces in a lot of Photos but cant see a way of doing this, it seems to just blur out the whole photo, please tell me there is an easy way to do this

To do this

Go to Guided section

Choose Blur tools

Choose brush

The whole picture will be blurred

click on the swap button (see picture)

Use "restore effect" brush on the area you want blurred

Your picture should now be blur free apart from the faces.
