installed PD 365 update not working

PD 365 worked fine until the latest update Sept 22. It worked ok for a couple of days and now I open the last project I worked on and I get a message saying the project was created using a newer version and is not supported using the one I believed I replaced with the newest one. I checked the application mgr and I see no new programs were downloaded and installed. They were there yesterday and gone today. I tried installing PD again and it won't install. I tried installing Color director and the same thing occurred. I restarted the computer but it still won't install. How can this happen and can it be fixed? The more people I know, the more I love my dog.

Cyberlink has chosen NOT to look at what is happening and written in this forum.
The best approach is to always send an issue report or service request to (technical) support.

Depending on that answer, some further analysis will likely be required from your symptoms.
