Rotate Element in Preview Window

In August, the update that month for PD 365 removed the rotate function from the Preview and I had to go to the Edit window (F2).

After updating to the 9/14 version, I can't rotate the element in the Preview OR the Edit window.

Where can I rotate an element now?

Hello,

It wasn't removed, the behaviour changed. Please check the UI updates section of the help, the last item:
