New 2022 PD365 version released (v21.0.2113.0)

I've lost my production profiles and paths to files.

Also the program crashed on me.

Not the end of the world.

Working on wetherI can find them or will create again.

HI,

Can you expand on the specifics?

Production profiles would normally be here for PDR20 :
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\CyberLink\PowerDirector\20.0\UserConfigure\Profile.ini

So you should be able to check if that file has been copied/transferred over with your production profiles?

Not sure what you mean about "paths to files"?

Cheers

Thanks for the info the settings were in 20, location as described.

Also in 21 but I could not see them in the app.

So going back to to the app:

I had to change Profile type from Default to Custom then I could select the one I wanted.

Ref path to files, it was saving projects but not in my normal location - have sorted that now.

So all is good, thank you once again.

Keith
