Hello

Just wondering if there is a way of reverting to Powerdirector 20?

Only after the upgrade I have lost my custom text templates,don't know where they have gone.

Even though I have saved and checked my preferences etc

I have been contacted by a moderator with some helpful advice (see my other post) And just sent off a ticket to support too

So I thought of asking this while I wait to hear back

Any advice would be welcome,

Generally speaking, no. It's a one-way situation unless you'd intentionally made a system image before the update, then you could restore that image and then not update PD365 to the latest version.
