Ordered PowerDirector 365 1 year subscription, but still only able to use free version

I was previously using the free PowerDirector 365 product and decided to upgrade to the annual subscription for it. I received the download link in the order confirmation email, but when I install, the PowerDirector 365 isn't showing up as an available install option. Also, when checking my active subscriptions, it's showing that I don't have any active subscriptions.

However, when I look at my recent orders, it does show that I purchased the 1yr PowerDirector 365 subscription successfully.

Any thoughts? Am I doing something wrong? I did use the download link that came with my order confirmation email, and uninstalled the previous version.

Uninstall all versions of PowerDirector that you have. Then go download and install the CyberLink Application Manager (CAM).

Log into CAM with the email address you used to purchase PDR 365, and you should see the latest version for you to install in CAM.
