powerdvd 22 uploading to cloud dose not work for me anymore

so ive had power dvd for awhile now but as of recent ive been encountering an issue with uploading to the cloud every time i open up powerdvd 22 and right click on a video i want to upload to the cloud a blue circle pops up next to my cursor and then i click on upload it dose nothing. i am beyond stumped as to why this issue happens when i uninstall the program and reinstall it will work but as soon as i turn off my pc for the night and turn back on in the moring the issue starts all over again. any one eles had this problem?

I am testing right now and having no problems uploading TV shows to CyberLink Cloud.

Is your version of PowerDVD up-to-date? Current version is 22.1915:

its fully updated. im thinking its either a setting on my computer or somthing thats preventing the program from uploading to the cloud my problem is i cant figure out what could be the cause so thats why im trying to see if anyone on here might know how i can resolve it. cause ive not had issues in the past when using this software, all i can concluded is it was fine before i chenged parts in my pc

Hello,

Are you running any anitvirus software? This seems to be a common cause. If yes, try turning it off and then working from there.

yes i do iv tried turining it off still dosnt do anything ive even tried turing my firewall off still dosnt do anything
