Hi all
I'm a new user, I have Power Director 365 updated as of today 3rd August.
I am creating a video which is a mix of downloaded video clips and live recorded music video of one of my gigs.
Everything seems fine during editing and rendering and when I upload to YouTube it plays fine if playback is on my home computer.
However, if it is viewed on a mobile phone, which, let's face it, most people will, the live recorded part seems to lag about half a second behind, so the vocals on the audio don't match up with the vocals on the video, whereas on my computer everything is in sync.
Is this a common problem and is it fixable or is it because of different quality of downloaded and live music clips?
Thanks for any help.

Hi,
Unsure exactly what the issue is? Your original content will have no bearing on the streaming of your finished production, which has it's own structure, depending on what parameters you used to render it.

If you mean that viewing your finished video on youtube via a mobile phone has issues, whereas viewing it on youtube via a PC has no issues, I would suggest it is a streaming problem over mobile rather than an inherent problem with the video itself?

Or have I misunderstood the issue?

Cheers
