YouCam 9 Deluxe Issue

BONSOIR

J'ai acheté Youcam 9 Deluxe il y a quelques mois, l'ai installé sur Dell Alienware avec 2 disques dur dont le 1 er en SSD , sur Windows 10 PRO avec 16GB de RAM. Mais lorsque j'enregistre en "Surveillance" , je ne peux lire les vidéos enregistrées supérieures en taille à environ 7 minutes, au dessus de ce temps la lecture bloque et l'image se fige si je veux aller plus loin dans la vidéo en utilisant l'avance rapide. J'ai VLC et MPC HC (Media player Classic Home C ), les codecs de ce dernier (MPC-HC) codecs K Lite version FULL.
Que faire pour réparer très rapidement s'il vous plait ?
Exemple: sur un enregistrement de 5 minutes , il m'est possible de le lire sur MPC et VLC , mais sur un enregistrement de 3h45 par exemple , je ne peux le lire en cliquant sur les touches "Suivant" ou "Précédent" pour avancer dans la vidéo . QUE FAIRE POUR REPARER CELA ET QUE CELA FONCTIONNE BIEN ??
