How do I get the full package and apply what I paid for upgrade to it? Thanks.

You could buy the earlier required version say from Amazon and then apply the upgrade that you bought. It may be better to contact Cyberlink support and tell them you wish to cancel the transaction and buy the full version for a higher price instead.

Hello,

To install the upgrade version, you must have the full version of PowerDVD 20 or 21. If you never had either of these versions, then you need to return the upgrade verion and purchase the full version.
