PD support for USB capture?

I'm using the Magewell - USB Capture HDMI Plus device with the Magewell Capture Express software to bring video into PD18 with H264 codec and then create the final video in H265. It works, but I lose quality and would prefer to capture the USB video directly into PD18 or an upgraded version. Does anybody know of software that extends the capture capability of PD so that it supports video from USB.

What are you capturing? HP Envy Phoenix/4thGen i7-4770(4@3.4GHz~turbo>3.9)
Nvidia GTX 960(4GB)/16GB DDR3/
Canon Vixia HV30/HF-M40/HF-M41/HF-G20/Olympus E-PL5.
Tape capture using 6 VCR, TBC-1000, Elite BVP4+, Sony D8 camcorder with TBC.

You never responded. USB is supported, you must specify what you are capturing, is it tape,the entire work flow including software/hardware and OS.
