How can I cull out many clips from digitized family movies?

I have close to 90 minutes of digitized continuous 16mm video containing clips of many different members of my family dating back to the early 1940's. I want to cull out clips of various members of the family and be able to send these individual clips (or post on Dropbox, etc.) to the family members involved. What is the best way to cull and the best way to save and send the individual clips? I am using PowerDirector 365. Thanks.

Depending on the content of the clips, you can try the Scene Detection (automated) or Precut (manual) tools in the Media Room. Either way, you'll end up with the main clip divided into individual sections, and then you'd simply drag one clip (or a related group) onto the timeline and produce it.

Use the Profile Anayzer on the Produce page to find the optimum format and resolution to preserve the original quality in the stand-alone clips.
