I'm using PowerDVD 22 to randomly play songs from my music library, The volume of different songs varies greatly; one song will be blaringly loud, while the next song can barely be heard. Is there a way to make the volume level more consistent between songs?

No, there is no normalize volume feature in PowerDVD. It is a good suggestion, which you can submit to CyberLink here:
