I'm making my first recording using the trial version. The Custom screen area option places a white crosshair in the center of the recording area and the corsshair appears in the produced recording. I've read the User Guide but can't find any mention of this or how to remove it. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Your recorded video shouldn't have any evidence of it at all. Chances are that you simply still have SR4 open and are seeing the crosshair from the active capture area displayed on top of your screen recording. Close SR4 and the highlighted window and crosshair will completely disappear.

Well, now I feel really stupid. That's exactly what happened. Thanks.
