Hi all.. I recently upgraded my iphone from iphone 11 to the iphone 13.
I've been using Powerdirector for years to edit video from my iphone 11 thru dropbox then produced .mp4 format
for tv-quality video.

I just tried to do an edit on some video from my iphone13 and it seems the color codecs are off.. when I preview it is mostly ok, but it seems to be subbing out red colors for blue.. see below.. any ideas or settings or conversion ideas I can do?

I really didn't want to re-shoot the video scenes in another way at this point..

Thanks all!

That's not typical. Try turning off hardware decoding under Preferences | Hardware Acceleration then close and restart PD365.

You may also need to install the QT Lite codec to properly handle MOV files as shown here.

nick1972, several setting options on the iPhone 13 for video, but I'd guess you might have HDR on perhaps. An option would be to convert your source video with HandBrake or similar conversion tool to a more common basic H.264 and you'll probably be okay for editing in PD20.

You could also attach a small sample to see if issue is more general.

Looks like you nailed it. I turned off the hardware acceleration and seems to be good! Thank you!
