Shutterstock images doesn't load

Since I updated to the latest Powerdirector 365 (20.4.2829.0), Shutterstock and istock doesn't load. I get an error message "the connection to the internet was lost". I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program and cleared personal settings and that fixed iStock but not Shutterstock. How do I fix it?

Sometimes there's a server issue, but that's probably not the case if it's persisted for a long time. I just checked and things work for me in western N America but they have servers scattered all over.

One trick that has helped some people is to change the DNS settings in your router to use Google's servers rather than your ISP's default. Try 4.4.4.4 or 75.75.75.75 and see if that makes any difference.
