Unable to activate

I've been unable to activate PowerDirector 20. I keep getting errors that it's unable to access the activation server. I've tried on 2 different networks.

When I contact support, I can't reply to their comments on my ticket. So I have to create a new ticket each time I want to communicate with them.

I called by phone, and the only thing they suggested was trying to use Internet Explorer instead of Edge or Chrome.

Any advice?

Hello,

This is usually happens because something on your computer's system is blocking PowerDirector as it attempts to connect to the activation server.

If you have anti virus software installed, can you try to turn if off temporarily while you try to activate PowerDirector?

If that doesn't work, then you need to respond to the Customer Service tickets and provide them with the information they requested.

same issue. support is a joke, you can't reply to the ticket. Mine was working fine until i applied the latest update.
