where can i download a huge pack of assets for texts transitions and such?

I went through the ones that comes with powerdirector 19 but it just doesnt have the transitions i was looking for.

for example i was looking for a transition that would be something like a tv signal being briefly interuptet.

Depending on the PD19 version you have you may want to go to the Boris fx website to buy or rent them.
