I think you are set to PAL.
You need to switch to NTSC, not sure but it must be in Preferences, I'm not home to check. HP Envy Phoenix/4thGen i7-4770(4@3.4GHz~turbo>3.9)
Nvidia GTX 960(4GB)/16GB DDR3/
Canon Vixia HV30/HF-M40/HF-M41/HF-G20/Olympus E-PL5.
Tape capture using 6 VCR, TBC-1000, Elite BVP4+, Sony D8 camcorder with TBC.

When you have the Country/video format of disc set to PAL you'll only be presented with PAL frame rates (24, 25 and 50). If you change it to NTSC, you'll only see those frame rate options (24, 30 and 60).

Not every default file format has a 60p setting however, so you may need to create a custom one. You can also click on the Profile Analyzer button to have PD automatically choose the best producing format for your project's source clips.

I Switch to NTSC and it doesn't show me the option 4K @ 60fps at all even profile analyzer says frame rate isn't 60... so what do i have to do here?

Am i missing an update? a plugin or what? i have PD 20 ULTIMATE and this doesn't give me 4K 60FPS Option!?

Like I said, you'll need to create a custom profile.

However, if the Profile Analyzer doesn't offer any 4K 60p profiles, that implies that you don't have 4K 60p content on your timeline and forcing PD to produce to 4K 60p won't give you any better quality or motion smoothness than the format your source clips are recorded at.

You may want to watch some tutorials on how to produce in PD, or at least use the online Help system to help you get familiar with the options and see how to create a custom profile

Changing to NTSC i thought? Would give me that option, I don't mind forcing it to 60FPS, but how do I do this?

So i should create a custom profile call it 4K 60FPS and change the media to NTSC.

And that's it? or is it more to it than that?

I really want 4K @ 60FPS please.

I paid for this software

Yep. I create whatever custom profile I want all the time. You can create say 4 of them , each with a different frame rate like 59.94, 60, 29.97, 30, etc. just to be comfortable in doing so. Select each one and produce them one at a time to view each produced file to see if they make a difference visually when played.

See this screenshot. In the Produce module, select a profile close to what you need. 1. Click the circled + Button and a popup window displays. 2. Click the Video tab. 3. Click the Frame rate window and click 59.94 to highlight it. 4. Click OK to create that custom profile.

Hope this helps...
