Using the CAM.
Did try to install it multiple times.
Installation denied, the MD5 check does not pass.
Have installed other smaller packages, and they work.
The large onces like the above but also the pack 12 Premium will not install.

Did even reinstall the Application manager. but nothing helps.

Running Windows 11, which is update like all drivers etc.

Any suggestions?

Warry I don't see that pack listed in my CAM or on the list of available packs.

If you've taken all those steps and are still getting an MD5 error, you might want to try briefly disabling your antivirus app. Otherwise, I think a support ticket to CL would be the next step.

Thanks for your reaction.
I have done a fresh Windows 11 installation and thus need to reinstall everything.
If you don't, I expect the pack came with one of my earlier versions, 12? Which version Cyberlink still recognizes as one I own. (I also see previous suites I obtained).
I will check whether I have the pack stored somewhere in a backup folder and use that and, indeed contact support.
maybe this pack has been superseded by an other....
regards!

That's definitely where the pack originated. I've had to do several full OS reinstalls over the years and I have all the original installers on OneDrive.

I've just sent you a PM with a link to that installer, and hopefully you'll be able to get it installed đź‘Ť

Thanks OptoData!

It appears that the 12 pack, is suitable and only applicable for PD version 12. It also appears that (most of) the 12 pack stuff is available through other packs that came with later versions.

I recon that CL in their Application Manager makes ALL packs available that the user is entitled to. Which in itself is of course a good thing! It is irrespective whether the pack will work with specific versions.

So good to share that here and maybe also good for Cyberlink to take note and see whether a suitable warning/message can be added to the packages listed.

After using the CAM extensively, because of a fresh windows installation, I have some other observations on the CAM, that I will share in another topic and submit to CL separately.

Thanks again for your help!

Thanks for PM and the new update here. I apologize for not checking first to see if the content pack could be installed without PD12 đź‘€

I still don't see the content pack available from the CAM at all, so maybe that's a location issue as you're in the EU and I'm in the US. Since you see it there I imagine they'd have had to repackage it so it wasn't dependent on a specific version of PD already being installed. Maybe that's where the MD5 error is coming from.
