So, I have spent so many hours trying to find my "templates" and "plug-ins" thinking I was stupid for not finding them anywhere. THEN I finally find where it gives me a list of things that Windows can do, but MAC does not.

Now, I wasn't told when I hit "install" on the Effect Pacts that it didn't work on MAC. I wasn't told when I downloaded a whole bunch of other stuff. I was allowed to download and what I thought was install, but spent hours looking for them.

The frustration I feel right now is REAL! Please for the love of everything, make it clear what works on MAC and what works on Windows.

Sounds frustrating. The last FAQ should help, but it sounds like that info should be displayed on the relevent download page or as part of the Mac install process.

You can use Rate Us & Provide Suggestions under PD's File menu to let CL know about your experience.

Yeah, it is hard because I did research to see which was the best video editing and this one was listed as #1 for Mac. So to not have the capabilities that sold me on it, is slighty frustrating. hahaha.

I will manage. Just bummed.
