So I had a clip that seemed choppy in preview. I selected it and hit "Render Preview". Somehow all my clips are now rendered. That's ok but now the Voice Over recorder is running in molassis. Instaed of snappy next screens as I go through the sequence of recording there are 1-2 sec delays between every step. Seems snappier on a segment that was not rendered. Any way to reverse pre-rendering or speed up the voice over recorder on rendered clips? I have a very fast computer so I pity those that struggle with 4K. The voice over prcess must seem an eternity.

With your project not active in a PD session, pref > General and "Manually Delete" temporary files or with PD shutdown, remove "Preview Cache Files" folder in current output directory.
