I just started a trial with powerdirector and when I load a video into the timeline it plays fine, but when i edit it, like trim it for example the preview screen just turns black but the audio is still playing why is this happening ?
I'm not sure what's going on. Does the same thing happen if you use a clip from a different source? You may want to open a support ticket directly with Cyberlink from their contact page.
