I downloaded a Scene (DZP file) for YouCam.
How do I open it for use in YouCam9 ?
Windows 10 computer.

You need to click on the dzp file to install it first. Did you do that?

Yes, I did it.
Powerdirector15 was opened with an error message.
I am not supposed to have Powerdirector.

Therefore, I cannot open it in YouCam9.

Suggest you ask customer service, as I've never heard of this before.

I tried to contact customer service.
You will need your activation key and SR number to ask questions.
I have the activation key, but I can't find my SR number.

How can I find the SR number for my YouCam9?

Click on the Youcam logo in the top left of the window. You can find the SR number in the about window.
