Powerdirector15 was opened with an error message.
I am not supposed to have Powerdirector.

Therefore, I cannot open it in YouCam9.

The file should not open another program, just tell you that it was installed:

Suggest you ask customer service, as I've never heard of this before.

You will need your activation key and SR number to ask questions.
I have the activation key, but I can't find my SR number.

Click on the Youcam logo in the top left of the window. You can find the SR number in the about window.
