Audio out of sync only in track section

So in the media room, the clips audio is in sync but when I put it on the track it goes out of sync and when I produce the video, the audio is back in sync. Which makes editing tricky, what is going on? Thanks

I am having a problem where the video is laggingbehind the video after it's produced (it's fine and in sync before that). I tried handbrake but no change. Any other ideas to help?
